Return Process

  Log into your Tang account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and assembly hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
